Strawberry-Infused Aperol Spritz

Who doesn't like an Aperol Spritz on a nice summer day? We wanted to take the Aperol Spritz to another level, and added in some fresh strawberries from Carpinito Brothers Farm in Kent and just a dash of St-Germain elderflower liqueur to bring everything together.

Using a DrinkMate, we carbonate white wine, strawberry-infused Aperol, St-Germain and Zero-filtered water. The end result is a strawberry-infused Aperol Spritz, ready to drink out of the bottle! Or pour over ice in a wine glass and garnish with a strawberry!
