Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, you'll need the receipt or proof of purchase and the drink(s) you are not satisfied with, and cocktail bottle(s) cannot be empty.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and do not accept the order/delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, unopened, and once the return is accepted, request the new item to replace.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return or exchange request, and let you know if the refund or exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will send you an email to schedule a return appointment.
