How can we not sell a Pimm's Cup during Wimbledon?! If you can't go to London and enjoy a Pimm's Cup on the grounds, then enjoy a bottle or two from us- our way of bringing us closer to this grand slam!!

A Pimm's Cup can be made with either ginger ale or lemonade, sometimes both. Though we enjoy a simple Pimm's Cup, we knew it could be better. Besides the fact that we use fresh, organic ginger and lemon, we decided to "include the garnishes" in the mix... literally! We added in strawberries and mint leaves into the tin before shaking to combine the ingredients. We also put a small dash of St-Germain in each bottle to just bring everything together. All our fresh ingredients come from Carpinitos Brothers Farm in Kent, WA.

We use a DrinkMate to carbonate after combining all the ingredients. The end result is a classic Pimm's Cup, ready to drink out of the bottle! This is a refreshing, low ABV drink that is good any time of the day! You can drink it straight from the bottle or serve it over ice. Garnish with strawberries, mint, cucumber, orange, lemon... you name it!
