Nectarine Liqueur

Usually, liqueurs are used sparingly in cocktails, so why buy a 750mL bottle from the liquor store? In response we have made our own nectarine liqueur in small, homemade batches. Keep a bottle for yourself and/or give as a gift for the holidays!

Wondering if you can use nectarine liqueur when peach liqueur is called for?

Nectarines and peaches are so close to each other in taste I use nectarine liqueur when I need peach liqueur for cocktails. Nectarines are "tangy-sweet," and peaches are "sweet."

Try it in a margarita, a bellini, or give iced tea a fruity kick!
