Mojito

Bacardi White Rum, Fresh Organic Lime and Mint, Cane Sugar, Soda Water

To keep these bottled cocktails as close to a drink you'd get from a bar, we use lime wedges, not lime juice, when making a mojito. When muddling fresh lime wedges, we are able to extract oils from the peel, enhancing the lime juice. We gently muddle in mint, add in the sugar, rum, [Zero-filtered] water, and shake vigorously to combine/integrate all the flavors.

Finely filtered through a sieve to prevent oxidization, we let the cocktail chill overnight so the drink is extremely cold and it also allows a fantastic infusion of flavors. 

The end result is a Mojito, ready to drink out of the bottle! Or pour over ice if you'd like and garnish with a sprig of mint!

When ordering the non-alcoholic version, keep in mind there are no natural preservative (aka no alcohol). We do use oxygen-absorbing crown caps to extend the shelf life, but we are still testing out its life span! The date the drink was bottled will be written on the cap for your convenience! At checkout let us know when you'll need your order by so we can bottle the day of or the day before to make sure your order arrives as fresh as possible!
