Irish Maid

Jameson Irish Whiskey, St-Germain, Lemon, Honey Simple, Cucumber

Looking for something besides beer to drink this St. Patrick's Day? Maybe something without green food coloring? How about an Irish Maid! We used English cucumbers because they have more flavor than regular cucumbers, and we added a dash of honey to our simple syrup to help balance out the cocktail. The Irish whiskey is star of the show, but it's smoothed out with the elderflower liqueur, lemon, and honey simple. The cucumber makes this drink taste refreshing and overall, this is a bit too easy to drink! 

When serving, feel free to garnish with cucumber slices.

All drinks come pre-diluted; ready to be served without chilling first. Store in the fridge until you're thirsty and shake well before serving. We recommend serving this on the rocks. Enjoy!
