Gin & Tonic

Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Homemade Tonic Syrup, Soda Water

Following Jeffrey Morgenthaler's recipe, we make our gin and tonics with a fantastic homemade tonic syrup! The recipe calls for: lemongrass, cinchona bark, allspice berries, citric acid, Kosher salt, and the zest/juice from an orange, lemon and lime. Absolutely delicious!! Bottled with an oxygen-absorbing cap, these drinks last for weeks in case you wanted to stock up at home ;)

You can drink this straight from the bottle, or serve it over ice. Optional garnish with a lime wedge!
