Bramble by Dick Bradsell
Tanqueray London Dry Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Cane Sugar and topped w/ Homemade Crème de Mûre
Another simple drink that's taken up a notch with the float of Crème de Mûre. Created in 1984 by Dick Bradsell. I follow the same specs as his recipe because why fix something that's not broken? Bradsell instructs us to "lace it with Crème de Mûre", so this liqueur will be given in a separate bottle; to be added on top of the drink when ready to serve! There is a vast difference in using homemade Crème de Mûre and store-bought... Very fresh and you can taste only the three ingredients used to make the homemade liqueur: blackberries, sugar, and vodka.
When serving, feel free to garnish with fresh blackberries and a piece of lemon!
For optimal flavor, the lemon juice won't be pre-mixed into the cocktail but instead we will give fresh lemons for you to juice before serving. (Instructions will be given to make sure the correct amount is added and the drink is constructed/kept/served correctly.)

All drinks come pre-diluted; ready to be served without chilling first. Store your cocktail in the fridge until ready to serve, add in the lemon juice and shake well. Dick Bradsell recommends to serve over crushed ice in an old-fashioned glass. Enjoy!
